Below is a list of what we regularly provide and a link to sign up. Reserve your spot today and be sure to complete the waiver before entering the gym for the first time! Also be sure to bring closed toed shoes, no pets are allowed inside the gym.

Stage 1, Level 1
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays
This class is designed for younger children who are just starting out. Age range is 6-9 years old and focuses on the fundamentals of building a stronger body through fun obstacles and challenges!

Starting November 10, Mondays will only host for 6-8 years old, 9 year old students will be moved up to Stage 2, Level 1
Stage 2, Level 1
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays
This class is designed for older children/early teens who are just starting out. Age range is
9-14 years old and focuses on the fundamentals of building a stronger body through fun obstacles and challenges!

Starting November 10, Stage 2 Level 1 will expand to 9-14 years old


Stage 3
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
This class is designed for anyone going for a longer class geared towards older students. Thursdays and Saturdays are better for those just starting out, wanting a slower pace, and Tuesdays are our faster paced classes with more advanced obstacles.
Recommended Ages 15+
