Below is a list of what we regularly provide and a link to sign up. Reserve your spot today and be sure to complete the waiver before entering the gym for the first time!

Summer Program

Monday-Friday

Summer is just around the corner! From 9AM-3PM will be nonstop fun within the ninja course! Everyone will learn various obstacles, get stronger, make new friends, and learn the importance of teamwork through our various games!

You can either sign up for half of the day, the entire day, or even the entire week!

First Half runs from 9AM-12PM

Second Half runs from 12PM-3PM

These will start July 8 and go all through August 23

Stage 1, Level 1

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays

This class is designed for younger children who are just starting out. Age range is 6-9 years old and focuses on the fundamentals of building a stronger body through fun obstacles and challenges!

Stage 2, Level 1

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays

This class is designed for older children/early teens who are just starting out. Age range is 10-14 years old and focuses on the fundamentals of building a stronger body through fun obstacles and challenges!

Stage 1, Level 2

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays

This class is designed for younger children ready to take their training to the next level! We work on obstacles higher up from the ground, and various different techniques to become more efficient within the sport. Age range is 6-9 years old.

Stage 2, Level 2

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays

This class is designed for older children ready to take their training to the next level! We work on obstacles higher up from the ground, and various different techniques to become more efficient within the sport. Age range is 10-14 years old.

Stage 3, Level 1

Tuesdays and Thursdays

This class is designed for anyone wanting a good time with the basics! This is more focused on a slower pace, to get more comfortable on the obstacles themselves. Ages 15+ 

Stage 3, Level 2

Are you training for competitions? This is the class for you! Here we work on more advanced obstacles and focus heavily on becoming the best version of ourselves. We have a variety of different challenges that will push you to your limit. Ages 15+

Family Ninja Class

Mondays

This class is designed for you and your family to participate! Very fun and low key, but still challenging enough to make you sweat. This class is great for anyone of all ages. (No younger than 6 years old may participate)

Junior Warriors

Saturdays and Sundays

This class is designed for the youngest kids we teach! They'll be focusing on smaller obstacles and lots of fun games! Perfect for anyone ages 4-5 years old!

Open Gym

Monday-Thursday

Wanna work on specific skills at your own pace? Open Training is perfect for you! You have the whole gym to decide what you would like to work on, and there will be coaches there to assist with any advice and guidance you may need!

Extended Open Gym

These open gym sessions are 4 hours long, rather than being the normal 2 hour sessions.
